Quality Control:  Slidematic Products takes great pride in its superior quality record. This quality record is achieved through an intensive system of in process quality monitoring. Every employee on our production floor has the right and responsibility to challenge product quality at any time.

Slidematic’s Quality Assurance Department maintains daily quality records with state of the art video inspection equipment. Quality Assurance also maintains all inspection tools through regular calibration procedures. SPC capability is also available when required by the application. Slidematic is committed to continuous improvement of our quality. Our Quality Assurance Department serves as a valuable asset to help us maintain our superior quality record.

Spare Parts Inventory:  Slidematic systems utilize standard components whenever possible. In order that we may provide uninterrupted production, Slidematic carries an extensive inventory of spare tooling, valves, slides, grippers, sensors, electric components, and other miscellaneous components for all of our systems. Slidematic offers this inventory to our customers as a resource to tap when spare parts are needed.
